One critical component of our program is to make certain the support and services that we provide are maintained and reinforced when our staff is not in the home. To that end, we focus on training and coaching family members and significant others to engage the client in similar activities that we do. This process helps to promote continuity of care and eventually helps to reduce the amount of companion care provided by CHC Services.
