Services that our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) provide include:

• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning of the airway to clear it of obstruction
• Wound and dressing care
• Administration of tube feedings
• Medication monitoring and administration
• Catheter care
• Training/education of family or care givers on all aspects of care
• Collaborating with the medical team and physicians to ensure carry over of instructions from clinic or hospital to home.
• Ventilator weaning in collaboration with the medical team
• Working in collaboration with a speech pathologist to improve communication while on a ventilator
• Monitoring of nutritional and hydration factors to promote wellness
• Assistance with community activities and appointments
