Meet the CHC Services Executive Team

CHC Services was established by a team of healthcare clinical professionals with collectively over 100 years of healthcare delivery, administration and research experience.

Dr. Alvin McLean, Lisa Farrell-Roberts RN MN, Mr. Peter Rigby PT MPH, and Dr. Evan Cantini (shown from left to right above) employ their knowledge in the client care and experience in administration and planning of effective services. The individual comprehensive care plans developed for management of our clients have direct review and input from the executive team as well as their ongoing review.

Our mission is to work collaboratively with our clients and their health care community and to assist them in remaining in their homes and managing their disease, disabilities or conditions with integrity, dignity and satisfaction
