CHC Services offers specialized care addressing the needs of the Bariatric client, a person who is extremely overweight.

Our executive team has developed specialized training utilizing their clinical expertise to provide the best care and services to our Bariatric clients. By having an understanding of common clinical problems associated with morbid obesity our staff can better help the client to reach their goals and to remain safe in their homes.

Specialized Care Services

Home Care Services include:

• Bathing, toileting, dressing and skin care
• Mobility, ambulation, bed mobility and transfers
• Meals, errands and appointments
• House cleaning, laundry

Nursing Services include:

• Wound Care
• Liaison and advocacy with physicians
• Management, monitoring, and education of complex health issues such as diabetes, CHF, asthma and weight loss
